3. Hosting (IONOS)

This website is hosted with IONOS. When you access the website, the hosting provider processes technically necessary data on our behalf, in particular:

  • requested page/file
  • referrer URL
  • browser / operating system
  • potentially transferred data volume and status codes

This processing is necessary to deliver the website and ensure security/stability (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Contact form (Formspree)

When you contact us via the form, we process the data you enter:

  • name (required)
  • email (optional)
  • phone number (optional)
  • message (required)

The form submits via POST to Formspree (https://formspree.io/f/mnjavlov). Formspree processes the data to forward your message to us and help prevent abuse. Processing in third countries (e.g. the USA) cannot be ruled out.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual/communication) and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (general communication).

This website contains links to third-party services, e.g.:

  • bfan.link release links (redirects to streaming/stores)
  • Instagram (profile embed): We embed the Instagram account via an iFrame (profile embed). The iFrame is loaded only after you click “Load Instagram” (“click-to-load”). From that moment, data (e.g. IP address, device/browser information) may be transmitted to Instagram/Meta; Instagram may also set cookies/similar technologies.
  • YouTube (playlist embed): We embed YouTube playlists via an iFrame. The player is loaded only after you click “Load YouTube”. From that moment, data (e.g. IP address, device/browser information) may be transmitted to YouTube/Google; YouTube may also set cookies/similar technologies.
